As a GM and Director of Operations, he has successfully opened eight restaurants, each grounded in thoughtful leadership and operational excellence.
Kevin cares deeply about the guest experience, and is famous for his instinctive “yes” mentality. His combination of technical expertise, emotional intelligence, and lifelong commitment to hospitality makes him uniquely qualified to lead the Bistro.
Sarah brings over a decade of experience in children’s programming, leadership, and family support to her role as General Manager of Family Engagement and Safety at Recess. With a strong background in classroom management, she has led and trained teams of 60+ staff and volunteers, developed children’s and youth curriculum, and implemented comprehensive safety policies and procedures across nonprofit and educational settings.
As a mother of two, Sarah is passionate about creating spaces that are safe, nurturing, and fun, where children thrive and parents feel at ease.
Sandy brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience and leadership to Recess, in environments ranging from fast casual to fine dining. As Assistant General Manager of the Bistro she focuses on creating a warm, intentional guest experience and a strong, service‑driven team culture.
As a mother of four Sandy understands exactly what families need the moment they walk in — and she brings that insight into every shift. Her blend of operational discipline, empathy, and family‑centered perspective makes her an essential part of the Bistro’s leadership.
Jessica brings more than 17 years of retail leadership experience, along with a background as an elementary school librarian, to her role as Assistant General Manager of Family Engagement.
